    Child/Adolescent Therapy

    I provide therapy for children and adolescents to support emotional well-being, self-understanding, and healthy development. Areas of focus may include:

    • Building self-esteem and a positive self-concept

    Family Therapy

    Family therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address challenges that may be impacting the wellbeing of individual family members or the family system as a whole.

    Family therapy can help with:

    • Improving communication and connection

    • Navigating family conflict and relationship challenges

    • Supporting children and adolescents through emotional, behavioral, or developmental concerns

    • Strengthening parent-child relationships

    • Building healthy family dynamics and problem-solving skills

    Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment

    Our therapists will ask a lot of questions. This will allow them to gather the information that is needed to make an accurate and thorough assessment of your individual case. Collaboratively, our clinicians will create a treatment plan that fits your goals and desired outcomes.
