Balanced Counseling NW offers somatic therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and nature therapy (with parent/guardian consent). Family or parent(s) sessions are highly encouraged.

Family therapy can be particularly helpful for addressing relationship dynamics, family conflict, and supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all family members. Sessions are customized to your family’s needs and can include parents only, child and parent, siblings, or the entire family.

Our therapists will ask a lot of questions. This will allow them to gather the information that is needed to make an accurate and thorough assessment of your individual case. Collaboratively, our clinicians will create a treatment plan that fits your goals and desired outcomes.
