  • While we are not in-network with any insurance companies and are not on any insurance panels, many insurance plans provide out-of-network mental health coverage. For our clients that wish to use their insurance and have out-of-network coverage, we provide monthly statements that they can submit to their insurance companies for partial reimbursement.

If you are interested in using your insurance to cover a portion of the session fee, we recommend reaching out to your insurance company and asking them if they cover out-of-network mental health services, and if so, at what rate they reimburse.

Therapy can significantly enhance your child’s wellbeing. The results and recommendations often help your child in many areas of life. Additionally, therapy is an investment of your time and resources and can be a gift to your child to help unlock their potential and ability to thrive!

  • In order to provide effective therapy, clients attend sessions weekly at the start of therapy. Once they have made progress and have met their goals, the frequency is reduced in preparation for wrapping up therapy, at which point, clients will be invited to return if they ever need additional support or a “tune-up.”

  • Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

  • You deserve quality, heart- centered care.

  • Quality over Quantity

The average mental health clinician sees roughly 26 clients in a week, not to mention agency therapists see 30! I keep my caseload small so that I can be present for my clients. This means better quality service for you.
